At El Zopilote we believe that food and creativity are part of the same experience. Our restaurant serves fresh, vegetarian meals prepared with products from our farm, from across the island, and , only when necessary , with a few ingredients from outside. Twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, our famous pizzeria comes alive with wood-fired pizzas enjoyed under the stars, a highlight for many travelers.

Beyond the table, Zopilote also produces a huge variety of edible products, as well as natural cosmetics and medicines made with local plants and ingredients. And because creativity is part of us, you will find unique handicrafts, many of them made right here at Zopilote.
