At El Zopilote we make many of our products directly on the finca, using ingredients we grow ourselves or source locally. Everything is prepared organically, in small batches, and with genuine care. Nothing industrial, just honest, handmade products created with love and intention.
We produce a wide variety of food items and artisanal products, depending on the season and on what the land offers us. Some of the things we make include: homemade jams, natural soaps, herbal balms, essential oils, infused oils, simple creams, incense, fermented foods, dried fruits, bread and baked goods, chocolate, vegan mayo, ketchup, “nutella”-style chocolate spread, peanut butter, cashew butter, medicinal mushrooms, edible mushrooms, small handcrafted items, fresh bread, natural repellents, vinegar, tahini and hummus.
These products support the finca and the people who help create them, and they offer a way to take home something real and made with intention.
