We offer different types of accommodation: private huts, dormitories, camping areas, and hammocks located in various areas of the farm. This variety allows us to welcome all kinds of travelers and budgets.
El Zopilote is a sustainable permaculture farm. Our spaces are comfortable but simple, and fully immersed in nature. We promote a natural and uncomplicated lifestyle. All our accommodations are equipped with mosquito nets, so you can stay close to nature while still feeling protected and at ease.
You can see all our accommodation options through our Direct Booking link. On external booking sites, only rooms and some dormitories appear, as hammocks, camping spots, and other setups are not accepted there.
Booking Options
1) Arrive without a reservation
In low season, you can usually find many options.
In high season, it is best to arrive around 11:00 am (check-out time) to see what becomes available.
2) Book directly with us by WhatsApp

To confirm the reservation, we ask for a 50% deposit via PayPal (zopilotereservation@gmail.com) or to our Nicaraguan bank accounts.
Please note: the deposit is non-refundable.
3) Book through our Direct Booking link (5% discount)
Direct Booking gives you a 5% discount compared to platforms like Booking.com or Hostelworld.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required via PayPal or bank transfer.
