Practice on one of our three beautiful platforms , one of them covered , surrounded by tropical gardens, trees, and the sounds of the forest.
Each class costs only 40 córdobas (about 1 USD). Your contribution goes directly to our dedicated teachers, helping us keep the quality high and the experience genuine.
We hold a class every morning at 8 AM and often additional sessions in the afternoon.

Throughout the year, we also host in-depth yoga courses and Acro Yoga practices, for those who wish to explore further and connect through movement and trust.
Our yoga is open to everyone, travelers, guests, and friends, we only ask visitors to enjoy a drink or a meal at our restaurant.
