Join our Sourdough Bread Workshop and spend a morning learning traditional bread-making techniques with our experienced baker.
The course includes:

Preparing the sourdough starter the night before

Hands-on baking session in the morning (around 5 hours, 7 am to 12 pm)

Guidance on shaping, proofing, and baking the dough
Participants can take home a small loaf of bread, a muffin, and a cookie as a delicious souvenir of their experience.
Cost : 440 C$ per person
The bread workshop is offered only on days when fresh bread is being made. Students should arrive early to confirm participation, and the starter will be demonstrated the evening before.
